Is Gloroq free?
Yes. During our MVP stage, everything on the platform is free. Core features will stay free as we grow. Some advanced capabilities may carry a small cost in the future.
How do I join a tournament?
Browse tournaments on the hub, open a listing, and register for the games you want to play. Solo games register you directly; team games let you register your whole squad with one action.
Do I need a team?
It depends on the game. Team-based titles like PUBG, CODM, and Valorant require a team. Solo titles like eFootball and Mortal Kombat let you register as an individual. The registration type is always shown before you sign up.
What is the difference between public and private tournaments?
Public tournaments appear on the Gloroq homepage and tournaments page after verification. Private tournaments are only accessible via direct link — ideal for invite-only or community-run events.
How does tournament verification work?
Public tournaments go through a review within 24 to 48 hours before appearing on the platform. The Gloroq team may contact the creator to confirm the event is legitimate. Verified creators with a strong track record move through faster.
How do brackets work?
Creators generate brackets on Gloroq supporting single elimination, group-stage hybrids, round robin, double round robin, and scorecard formats. Results are recorded on-platform and brackets advance automatically.
How do I contact the organizer?
Use the ticket feature to send a direct private message to the tournament creator or their managers. You are also added to the tournament community channel for public updates.
Can I host my own tournament?
Yes. Sign up, switch to Creator mode, and set up your tournament in minutes. You can host multiple games, manage registrations, run brackets, and communicate with all participants.
